We recently received a report that many of the trails are closed and/or damaged due to rains and trail maintenance has greatly diminished to the point of being non-existent.
UPDATE: Spoke with ranch. Trails are in fact in diminished condition and will be repaired and maintained as soon as they are able to get back to it (but don't hold your breath).(12 Mar)
